Anybody can chat on our support channel. An admin may not be around, but they'll see the message next time they log in, and be able to help you. Also, if a discussion on a talk page is happening fast, you can point the members of the discussion to this page, and they can discuss the problem in real-time.

There's also a new forum, for the duration of the switch. We may use it after the switch as well. This may be better to use than the chat, make sure to try both if you have a question:
