The EnterWiki Network offers many feeds, with which you can subscribe to various page's, user's, and wiki's recent edits.

[edit] Aggregated feed

One special feed is the aggregated feed of all edits to the network's wikis. If you add this feed to your newsreader client, you will be appraised of all changes to any page on the nework, as well as new user registrations and the like.

Warning, this is in, for lack of a better word, beta testing - please don't assume this will work or show you everything, or even show what it does show correctly!
