Vandalism

This stub is related to the running and administration of EnterWiki, or is a resource for editors and writers and needs to be filled out. Vandalism is editing the wiki in a way detrimental to its goals. A vandal is one who engages in vandalism. There are many types of vandalism, and not all can be covered in article. Some common examples of vandalism are:

• Adding "spam" to a page. This can be repetitive spam ("HI HI HI HI HI HI ...") or advertisements within the body of an article ("If you like this game, you're sure to like my game at this website...").
• "Blanking" a page - simply removing all the content from a page or a portion of a page.
• Maliciously editing a page. This can range from name-calling, altering facts to help or harm an individual or group, or any other edit not made to improve information on the wiki in a viewpoint-neutral manner

The wiki project relies on the freedom to edit, and with freedom comes the responsibilities of the users of the wiki to not engage in vandalism and to report vandalism to an administrator when they see it.
